TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Beat Homie (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. Beat Generation & Licensing

Beats generated on Beat Homie are created using AI technology. When you purchase a beat, you receive a license based on the tier selected:

• MP3 License — Personal and commercial use with credit to Beat Homie. Non-exclusive.
• MP3 + WAV License — Higher-quality files for professional use. Non-exclusive.
• Exclusive License — Full exclusive rights. The beat is removed from the public store after purchase.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. Due to the digital nature of beats, all sales are final and non-refundable once files have been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to a purchased beat, contact us for assistance.

5. Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your current billing period. Subscription benefits (daily generation limits, credits) are non-transferable.

6. Beat Expiry & Public Store

Generated beats remain in your library for 3 days. If not purchased within that window, they may be moved to the public Beat Store where other users can purchase them at public pricing.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the Service or its AI models.
• Using automated scripts or bots to access the Service.
• Uploading harmful, illegal, or infringing content.
• Impersonating another user or misrepresenting your identity.

8. Intellectual Property

The Beat Homie brand, logo, UI design, and underlying technology are the property of Beat Homie. Purchased beats are licensed to the buyer; all other rights remain with Beat Homie.

9. Limitation of Liability

Beat Homie is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits or data.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.
